Can I get residency in Georgia if I buy a house? Obtaining residency through purchasing the property for foreign citizens and family members is possible if the minimum evaluation of the property is 100.000 USD. Please note that the status of the property should be non-agricultural.

 

New law to get a 5-year residency in Georgia through Investment Status.

The person can get the 5-year residency for him/herself and the family members if the minimum amount of the investment is 300.000 USD.
